Where tennis lives online

2ndCourt is a community platform built exclusively for tennis. It gives players an online tennis identity that travels with them, and gives clubs the entry point into that community.

Why 2ndCourt

Tennis is a social sport. Yet almost every tool clubs use today is built for the back office: court bookings, memberships, running competitions. In those tools the player is a record in a database, never a user.

The result is that nobody owns the player’s online tennis identity. A ranking doesn’t travel with the player. Match history is lost the moment they change club. There is no social graph for tennis. So players improvise, with WhatsApp, spreadsheets and groups that fall apart faster than they form.

We want to change that.

What we offer

For players, 2ndCourt provides an online tennis identity that travels with them regardless of club: a global ranking that doesn’t disappear when they switch clubs, a full history of matches played, a way to find opponents and hitting partners, and challenge formats that give matches a purpose.

For clubs, it brings court bookings and competition management into one place, including our own Pyramid and Champagne formats. Most importantly, the club becomes the entry point into the community, opening the door to its entire player base in a single step.

The team

2ndCourt is built by a small founding team who play the game themselves. Domen founded the company after twenty years of playing tennis and organising tournaments, driven by the gap he kept running into as a player. Alongside him, Luka leads growth and operations and Ijaz leads development. We build close to the sport, because we are part of it.

Where we are

The platform is in early access, with a growing base of players and clubs across Slovenia and the wider region. We started at home, and we are building with a clear ambition: to become the central online space where tennis lives, even when it isn’t being played.
